At WAVECORE, our focus is complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the following criteria must be met:

Non-refundable Items

Certain types of goods are exempt from being refunded, such as perishable goods, custom products, and downloadable software.

Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
